I can get a better price for frozen crab legs on opposite side of country.

Delicious food, friendly staff. Grab yourself a six pack of beer from the nearby liquor store to accompany your meal. Seating is all outside on the deck, some under cover. If the weather is bad they do have an arrangement with the bar next door, you can take your food to eat in there as long as you clean up after yourself and (I'm assuming) order a drink.

My husband and I were in the area for the summer and thought we’d stop by this place to see what all the hype was about. Wow! The service was amazing, the food was so fresh and delicious, and beyond that, the environment was more than welcoming. An overall incredible experience coming here. We will definitely be stopping here again when we come up to visit next summer.

Had lunch there. The Alaska king crab legs were delicious. You place your order at the counter and pick up when it is ready. We ate outside on the deck which was very nice. There is no inside dining. The staff was friendly and again the crab legs were very good - very good.

This place is pretty good, but they only give you 4 small pieces of fish with an order. The bisque could have used more crab as well. But, the flavors and service were both great! Dine in on outside tables only.

Although the fish and chips are a bit pricey (this seems to be the norm in Alaska), the halibut was delicious and flavorful. Would recommend finding this gem tucked away in this tourist town!

The fish and chips and coke-slaw are off the chain! The last time I felt this at home was back in 2008 at my woadie’s grandmas house fixing a chair and scratching lotto tickets. If you’re looking for authentic fresh food, a great atmosphere, and some good friends then Woadie’s is the place to be.

Great little food truck atmosphere. Generous portion on the fish and chips, great breeding and they know how to work the fryer. Recommend for a great lunch!

I wish this place was back home. Delicious. Superbly prepared. Had the halibut fish and chips. I'll say I've never, not one time in my entire life, ever had fish and fries this good. I expected to pay a little more than I would for Ivar's...and it was. But so well worth it I almost went for seconds. The fish was the star. Golden brown. Deliciously breaded. The fries were spectacular. No other word is sufficient. These were both done the way they should be. If we weren't leaving I'd be a regular.

Kyle (the Owner) was nice and food was amazing. I think this place was about to close down when i walked up, but Kyle took my order and brought it out quickly. Food (only had 1 king crab leg as i was short on time) was cooked to perfection. Kyle takes great pride in his work and it shows. I would definitely recommend visiting Woadie's while you are in Skagway!

Not worth the money. Had Salmon and Halibut, both were frozen. Fried to long, dry. Had dinner a few days earlier at the Skagway fish company down by the port. Way better for the same money.

Fish and crab legs were great and fairly priced. Service was also very friendly and we appreciated the honest recommendations. Only issue was w/ the oysters which felt a bit (creamy?) and were huge. Those might be better off for frying than eating raw... Everything else was excellent.

Great place! Fast and friendly service. Worth it everytime I go there. By far one of my favorite places in town, will be going all summer. Was told by a friend to order the bisque to dip my fries in and I was not let down. For sure check this place out!

Recommended by some local folks for lunch. Limited menu but on point for the area - specifically lunch. King Crab by the leg or by pound. Served simply and priced fairly (not cheaply).Counter service. Large patio and small indoor seating area.

Their fried salmon sandwich was great! Rockfish wasn’t to my liking but it was cooked well. The coleslaw was yummy and the fries. Also got the king crab. Decent but not a big portion. This is a good option in Skagway tho. Other places are overpriced and just not good.

First time eating King Crab, we ordered a single leg and ended up ordering a whole pound. Prices were fair, service was prompt and the employees were all very friendly. We stopped here during our shore excursion on an Alaskan cruise. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good bite in Skagway!
